How to check status of my order?
உங்கள் order status பார்க்க My Account → My Orders ல போங்க. அங்க Pending, Processing, Delivered status காட்டும்.
Change items in my order
Order place ஆன பிறகு items change பண்ண முடியாது. புதுசா order பண்ணி support ஐ contact பண்ணுங்க.
Cancel my order
Order cancel பண்ண கீழே இருக்கற support number ல contact பண்ணுங்க. Delivery ஆகாத orders மட்டும் cancel பண்ண முடியும்.
Change my delivery address
Checkout பண்ணும்போது address change பண்ணலாம். Order place ஆன பிறகு address மாத்த support ஐ contact பண்ணுங்க.
Refund Payment
Refund 5-7 working days ல உங்கள் account ல வரும். தாமதம் ஆனால் support ஐ contact பண்ணுங்க.
Delivery related issues
Delivery late ஆனால் அல்லது item damage ஆனால் உடனே support ஐ contact பண்ணுங்க.
Coupon not working
Coupon expired ஆகியிருக்கலாம் அல்லது minimum order amount reach ஆகலையோ check பண்ணுங்க.
